“Arirang” The long awaited Bts comeback

The biggest boy group of the generation is back together and ready to bring a new era. “Bangtan Sonyeondan” or globally known as BTS is a 7-member South Korean boy band coming back into the scne after a long “break”. Who doesn’t already know RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V , and Jungkook? The boys have all completed their mandatory military service after almost 4 years.

Even during their time apart, they have continued to release solo content and music. From some singles as big as “Standing Next to You” by Jungkook or “Killing It Girl” by J-Hope. Although they weren't together, there was never a dull moment when you would forget about how talented and powerful they truly were. Jin, being one to demonstrate the power of the Army, their fandom, through an almost fully sold-out tour, “RUN Seokjin”.

This new era is a big one for BTS. “Arirang,” the title of their comeback, has been making waves on social media. Fans even got a small music sample from a Netflix documentary, which will launch on the same day as their music release.

In total there are 14 new songs announced on their tracklist, and fans are eagerly anticipating what BTS will bring. The promotion has been everywhere, creating more attraction. The Tour itself selling out in mere minutes across multiple countries. The tour is set to start on April 9th and is expected to end sometime next year. New songs, a new tour, and, of course, a new lightstick!

Nothing would be complete without the iconic Army Bomb, which has released its newest version on Weverse. Although sold out, there is another opportunity to purchase one from Target or at the tour merch booths. Interviews have alerady started featuring the group demonstrating their more mature, but still lovable personalities, making fans even more excited to see them.

We can only hope for more music records to be broken in the coming future. From their previous releases breaking their own records when it comes to views, albums, and music awards. If there’s a Kpop Group to break into the Western Norms—it’ll be BTS.

The future continues to be bright for the group, and with the support from the fans, their legacy will continue to shape the music industry. But the real question is—Will you be tuning in to the comeback on March 20th?
